This tool takes into account their availability, travel times, set-up and take-down times, the right music system, the number of guests, the available packages, and so on in real time. As a visitor, you can request a quote in just a few clicks, see availability, and book immediately. On the front end, it looks very simple, but under the hood, there's some very clever and complex technology.
Organizing events is a creative process. So hiring an event agency at the click of a button isn't exactly possible. But booking simple event components with just a few mouse clicks, such as a meeting room, DJ, cocktail caterer, band, and so on, is now possible.
