Job description:
You are responsible for drafting, managing, and optimizing the planning of our projects:
- Drafting and communicating master and detailed schedules for current and future projects
- Ensuring a flexible and dynamic schedule that responds to changes and unexpected situations
- Managing and coaching teams within assembly, project administration, and project preparation
- Monitoring KPIs such as hours worked, timings, and deviations – and proactively managing these
- Monitoring and adjusting work schedules for internal and external staff
- Ensuring accurate time recording and administrative follow-up
- Organizing staffing, including external hiring
- Coordinating practical matters such as site registrations and hotel bookings
- Proactively communicate with teams about planning, changes, and important updates
Profile
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview, even in complex situations.
- Natural leadership with the talent to motivate and connect people
- Results-oriented mindset and a solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Clear and respectful communication with various stakeholders
- Accuracy and a strong administrative approach
- Flexibility and the ability to switch gears quickly in the face of changing priorities
- Experience in planning, operations, or project coordination is a strong asset.
