Tentmoment, located in Maldegem and part of the Veldeman Group, is seeking a Sales Executive. After a thorough onboarding period, including intensive technical and market-focused training, you'll become a crucial force in the further development of our event markets. You'll have a role full of freedom, responsibility, and impact: you'll identify opportunities, build relationships, and help shape our growth both domestically and internationally.

Job description:

  • Managing and growing part of our existing customer portfolio
  • Targeted prospecting and active expansion of our market position through visits, conversations and strong commercial feeling
  • Preparing quotations and calculations
  • Close collaboration with our marketing department to further develop and strengthen focus markets
  • Preparing and supervising projects up to the implementation phase, after which operations takes over
  • In the long term, think about optimizations, processes and new initiatives to make our event activities even stronger
  • Contribute to commercial strategy
  • You report directly to the Sales Manager


Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 1 year of experience in a sales position
  • Analytical mind that quickly understands customers' business models and accurately assesses commercial opportunities
  • Strong interest in business development: you see opportunities before others do
  • Hands-on mentality with excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented, solution-oriented and always looking for a win-win situation
  • Affinity with IT systems (MS Office, ERP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Dutch, French and English — a major asset in our international context
  • Proactive, customer-oriented and solution-oriented
  • Team player who can work independently and take initiative at the same time
