After an induction period, with intensive product technical training, you will be responsible for coordinating our construction projects within our rental and sales activity.

Job description:

Coordinating assigned (modular) construction projects aimed at delivering the project within the agreed time, the right resources, budget and quality using the established methodologies.
Monitoring the progress of the projects and taking action if necessary. And assess safety risks and implement appropriate measures.
Together with the commercial department, we look for the right technical solutions for customer questions and the necessary time and resources.
Actively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to inform them about the progress of the project.
Evaluating the project results to determine improvement actions for future projects. And then transferring knowledge to the organization.

Profile

Higher technical education or equivalent through experience.
Min. 5 years of relevant experience in a project organization.
Substantive expertise in the field of materials knowledge
(incl. techniques), installation knowledge and planning or are willing to learn this.
Excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
Customer and solution oriented.
Language skills: Dutch and English. French is a plus.
