How to use Supplier Management?

Welcome to the Event Supplier Management module of the eventplanner.net event software. This module brings all event partners - caterers, AV crews, venues, decorators, security, and more - into a single connected workspace within your event software.


With Supplier Management, you manage contacts, contracts, communications, tasks, and budgets for each supplier without juggling email threads or shared drives. Define your tasks, budget lines, and call sheet rows once in your event - and open any supplier to see everything tied to them in a single view. The view runs both ways: from the event side, you see what each partner is responsible for; from the supplier side, you see every commitment across the event.


You can pull suppliers directly from our directory of vetted businesses, add your own private partners that aren't yet listed on the platform, or reuse trusted suppliers from previous events. Each profile centralises contact details, communication history, contracts and legal follow-up, and links to the budget, call sheet, and briefings they're part of.
