For our organization, we were looking for a suitable location with sufficient room capacity for 70 employees and various layouts. Through De Montil, we received a fair quotation, and all our questions were answered promptly and clearly. They also communicated smoothly with our external partner who handled the teambuilding that day. On the day itself, everything was organized down to the last detail, from indicating the rooms where our group needed to be, to the catering and the reception on the beautiful terrace, equipped with a sunshade to combat the heat. It was very hot that day, but at the last minute, they managed to provide plenty of ice cream for everyone in the afternoon. The catering, by the way, was very well presented and delicious. In short, our employees thought it was a fantastic day.

Professional location for campaign launch

We used Kinepolis Ghent as the location for the launch of a marketing campaign and look back on a successful collaboration. Communication was smooth and clear from start to finish, which made the organization on our end much easier.
What impressed us most was the team's flexibility. We made a few adjustments at the last minute, and nothing proved to be a problem: everything was made possible and, moreover, executed neatly. That combination of proactive thinking and correct execution made all the difference.

Customer event at Kinepolis Ghent

We have been organizing our movie nights at Kinepolis (almost) annually for a long time now. They usually take place in Ghent, but we have also visited Brussels and Antwerp.
The overall organization is always well arranged, with a personal approach and guidance. Kinepolis usually also serves as the link to a selection of caterers they work with, and the collaboration there has always been good as well. We will be back!
