Professional location for campaign launch
We used Kinepolis Ghent as the location for the launch of a marketing campaign and look back on a successful collaboration. Communication was smooth and clear from start to finish, which made the organization on our end much easier.
What impressed us most was the team's flexibility. We made a few adjustments at the last minute, and nothing proved to be a problem: everything was made possible and, moreover, executed neatly. That combination of proactive thinking and correct execution made all the difference.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a professional venue with a team that remains calm and solution-oriented, even with last-minute changes.

Customer event at Kinepolis Ghent
We have been organizing our movie nights at Kinepolis (almost) annually for a long time now. They usually take place in Ghent, but we have also visited Brussels and Antwerp.
The overall organization is always well arranged, with a personal approach and guidance. Kinepolis usually also serves as the link to a selection of caterers they work with, and the collaboration there has always been good as well. We will be back!

Familiezorg to the cinema
We recently organized an event at Kinepolis Ghent and were very satisfied with the entire experience. The organization went smoothly and professionally, and the team was very proactive in addressing our needs.
We showed a film to all employees as part of our new policy plan, which made for a pleasant and accessible experience. Our employees clearly appreciated the event. The popcorn completed the experience and created a true cinema experience!

Well arranged
This was the second time we've had the pleasure of working with Charlotte to help us organize our event at Kinepolis Ghent. Both events were perfectly organized, and Charlotte was always available. We're already looking forward to our next event early next year at Kinepolis Ghent.

Kinepolis creates the perfect conditions for a successful conference!
As a professional association for speech therapists, Kinepolis was a great partner for organizing our complex event. The VVL had access to five comfortable rooms, high-quality audiovisual support, and a welcoming space to welcome our 500 attendees. The attendee experience was completed by the excellent catering!
