GUBERNA (Institute for Governance) celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2025. A Festival of Governance was held to highlight 30 years of rich history and look ahead to what the future holds for good governance. We, at GUBERNA, took care of the content preparation for keynotes and panels featuring more than 45 speakers. Sylvester provided all other support and organization, from suggesting the excellent venue (Flagey) to the smallest design details. Sylvester also handled the video production of both a tribute video featuring the founders and the aftermovie of the event itself. The professionalism, proactive attitude, and transparency of every Sylvester employee who contributed to our project are of an unprecedented level. They contributed to the great success of this unique event for our organization.

With product presentations, you can show your product to the world. And there are other possibilities to surprise the people in your target group. Examples include product videos, free demos, high-level giveaways, and downloads. Or promotions where people can test your new product for a while and get their money back if they are not satisfied. For example, also search for events or fairs where you can present your new product.

Of course, you can focus your product launch around one specific moment, you will focus all your communication, your social media, direct emails, website, and so on, on that moment. But you can also opt for a different approach where you spread your campaign to introduce your new product over several weeks instead of communicating everything at once. Repetition works, remember?

And post-launch: keep communicating after your product launch, for example, about new features, satisfied users, and so on. Don't let the flame die out because returns can also be achieved during this period. Not all your leads buy immediately when you introduce your new product. In this post-launch period, you also have to convince the doubters and get to work with their objections.
