Green Mountain Retreat

Set among 66 acres of redwood and oak woodland in the Santa Cruz Mountains, Green Mountain Retreat offers event organisers a place to bring groups together with meeting facilities, outdoor spaces and accommodation on site. It is suited to conferences, company off-sites, workshops and group retreats, as well as weddings and other special occasions.

The venue has several spaces to suit different formats and group sizes. Its Performance Hall accommodates up to 200 people and includes a stage and sound equipment. Nagle Hall can be divided into two rooms or used as one space for up to 60 guests, while three smaller meeting rooms each accommodate up to 25. Other options include the 120-person Dining Hall, rooms for more intimate meetings and Guadalupe Hall, a separate building with a deck and kitchen. Wi-Fi, projection equipment, screens, microphones and other meeting essentials are available, and the team can arrange furniture and equipment ahead of a booking.

Outdoor areas provide space for activities and informal gatherings, with facilities including an amphitheatre, courtyard, lawn, meadow, swimming pool and private hiking trail. For wedding ceremonies, couples can use the redwood amphitheatre, with indoor and outdoor reception settings also available.

Groups can stay in the Pueblo Lodge dormitory, which has 35 rooms and 102 beds, or choose from a range of cottages. Combining event rooms, outdoor grounds and overnight stays, the retreat can accommodate multi-day gatherings where attendees can meet, take part in activities and stay together at the same property.
