La Barbou 8 is a flexible venue in Luik for organisers looking for a practical, well-kept space for professional gatherings. The space is suitable for meetings, training sessions, workshops, conferences, coworking sessions and business receptions. It can also host a company lunch, presentation or small exhibition. The layout can be adapted to suit the activity and chosen seating arrangement.
There is around 50 m² of indoor space, complemented by an outdoor courtyard of approximately 15 m². The venue can accommodate up to 50 people for a standing reception. Capacity for a seated meeting or training session depends on the chosen layout. The room can be hired for a half-day, a full day or an evening. Dance evenings are not permitted, and music must stop by 10 pm at the latest.
Several facilities are included in the hire, so organisers do not need to arrange separate equipment for every practical detail. Wi-Fi, a projector and a sound system are provided. Tables, chairs, high tables, a flipchart and writing materials are also available. The fully equipped kitchen has crockery, fridges, a kettle and coffee machines. Cleaning and use of the available equipment are also included in the packages.
On request, La Barbou 8 can help with additional services such as catering, graphic design support or entertainment. The venue is on Quai du Barbou in Luik, with parking along the quay. The room therefore offers a compact base for organisers planning a business gathering in the city centre.
