The ZEISS Forum in Oberkochen is a meeting and event venue for businesses, associations and other event planners. Spread over three floors, it has 17 rooms as well as additional exhibition space. The offering ranges from small meeting rooms for working groups to larger halls and an auditorium for talks, conferences and panel discussions. Depending on the room and seating layout, events can accommodate anything from a handful of people to around 230 guests.

The rooms can be used for a wide range of business and cultural events. These include meetings, seminars, training sessions, workshops, conferences, congresses, members' meetings, press conferences, product presentations, exhibitions and company events. Flexible seating arrangements and rooms that can be divided in some cases make it possible to adapt the space to different schedules and group sizes. Selected rooms are equipped with video conferencing technology, projectors, displays, microphones and other presentation equipment.

Hybrid events are also possible. An event in the ZEISS Saal can be recorded or streamed live. When planning an event, the Forum team helps event planners choose the right room and coordinate seating, technology and catering. Catering options for food and drink include refreshments during breaks and buffets. A café bar complements the venue's facilities.

The Forum combines functional meeting rooms with modern architecture and a reception area with a cloakroom. Its location within the ZEISS site gives the venue a distinct setting. This makes it suitable for both compact working meetings and multi-part corporate events featuring presentations, networking and catering.
