RekenForum is a public venue for events and conferences in Reken. The hall is suitable for a range of formats, including concerts, meetings, cultural events, conferences and corporate events. Depending on the seating layout, it can accommodate up to 380 seated guests, while events without fixed seating can host up to 700 people. This means the venue offers space for both smaller gatherings and larger public events.
A kitchen and bar area are available for catering. From January 2027, the Municipality of Reken has awarded the operation of the forum to Erlebniswelt Sportschule GmbH. The team brings experience in events and catering. The plan is to tailor the food and catering to the occasion, number of guests and organisers' wishes, from a light snack to cake or a buffet.
The forum is used by associations, groups and businesses. Corporate events, celebratory receptions and conferences are among the stated uses, as are association evenings and cultural programmes. When planning, organisers can take the size and nature of their event into account and coordinate suitable catering with the operator. Located right next to the town hall, RekenForum is centrally situated in Reken.
