Space Coast Health Foundation

The Center for Collaboration in Rockledge, Florida, offers bookable rooms for organisations arranging business meetings, workshops, educational sessions, fundraisers and networking events. Operated by Space Coast Health Foundation, the centre provides flexible indoor space for local non-profit and for-profit groups. Private celebrations such as weddings, birthdays and retirement parties are not accepted.

There are three community rooms that can be hired separately or combined. Rooms A and B each cover 740 square feet and seat up to 40 people, while Room C covers 1,980 square feet and can accommodate up to 175. Combining rooms creates larger layouts, with the full A, B and C configuration listed for up to 300 attendees. The lobby and halls are also available for hire. Seating capacity depends on the selected table arrangement, so organisers can discuss a suitable setup when requesting a reservation.

Each room has built-in audiovisual equipment, including a projector, screen and connections for a laptop. Microphones are available, and staff can explain how to use the installed equipment. Room rental includes setup and breakdown of the centre's tables and chairs. Organisers should bring a laptop with HDMI capability and arrange their own event materials.

Rooms are generally available on weekdays, with evening and weekend bookings possible by special arrangement. Non-profit organisations based in Brevard County may qualify for two hours of in-kind room use per month, subject to the centre's conditions. Bookings require a signed agreement and deposit, with the remaining balance due before the event. Organisers can contact the foundation to check availability, discuss room configurations and request a rental.
