Embarrass Region Community Association

Timber Hall Event Center is a community venue in Embarrass, Minnesota, available for private and group events. The hall is used for weddings, meetings, fundraisers, family reunions and other gatherings, making it a practical option for organisers seeking an indoor space in the Embarrass region.

The main room can seat up to 450 people. Outdoor seating is also possible beneath the building's broad eaves, offering an option for guests to gather outside. Venue hire includes use of a furnished kitchen, tables and chairs, while on-site parking includes accessible spaces. The hall is set on grounds that also include a horse arena, which hosts equestrian activities and competitions. Ask the association directly about the facilities available for your particular booking.

Timber Hall is managed by the Embarrass Region Community Association, a volunteer-run non-profit serving Embarrass Township and neighbouring communities. The association also runs community activities and the annual Embarrass Region Fair, but the hall itself is available to event organisers for private bookings throughout the year.

The venue's website notes that renovation work may affect bookings, so organisers should confirm current availability and arrangements before making plans. The location is near regional biking, ATV and snowmobile trails, with local accommodation options in nearby towns and a campground close to the venue. Timber Hall can suit couples planning a wedding, community groups holding a meeting, or families arranging a reunion or celebration.
