VEVENTIS supports event planners and hosts with the planning and delivery of a wide range of occasions. Its services range from weddings and private parties to corporate celebrations, workshops, cookery events, trade fairs and conferences. The team also organises larger corporate celebrations for up to 2,000 guests. Depending on requirements, the team can take care of the entire organisation or help with individual elements, such as finding a suitable venue and preparing a conference.
A range of venues in Aachen and the surrounding area is available for events. VEVENTIS's own loft at the Alten Schlachthof combines the character of a historic building with modern furnishings and conference facilities. Covering around 200 square metres, it can accommodate a variety of formats, particularly workshops, discussions and smaller events. VEVENTIS also presents other venues, including spaces for conferences, private parties and larger events. Organisers can choose between an urban atmosphere, historic rooms and venues close to nature.
When planning each event, VEVENTIS takes individual preferences into account, such as a particular theme, a preferred colour scheme or personal requests for food and drink. The team develops event concepts and provides practical organisational support, helping hosts and clients manage the event itself. VEVENTIS is therefore a point of contact for businesses, institutions and private clients planning celebrations, workshops and business events in Aachen and the region.
