Weser-Ems Halle Oldenburg GmbH & Co. KG

Europaplatz 12, 26123 Oldenburg, Germany

Weser-Ems-Hallen Oldenburg is a versatile event venue for event planners looking for suitable spaces for exhibitions, conferences, meetings, concerts, sporting events and celebrations. The complex brings together the Messehalle, Große und Kleine EWE ARENA and other event spaces. Depending on the format and number of guests, organisers can enquire about individual areas or suitable combinations of rooms. Capacities range from smaller gatherings to major events with up to 10,000 people.

The Messehalle is suitable for exhibitions, markets and other events that attract large audiences. The arenas provide space for sport, music, culture and events with larger audiences. Additional spaces are available for meetings and conferences, making it possible to bring different parts of a programme together at one location. Corporate events, association and shareholder meetings, party conferences, balls, banquets and weddings are also among the possible occasions.

The Weser-Ems-Hallen team supports organisers in selecting and enquiring about suitable spaces, and advises them on the options available at the venue. This makes it possible to plan exhibition, audience and event areas to suit each individual concept. Information and documents on the general conditions, safety regulations and advertising opportunities are also available to organisers. A catering partner is also based at the venue, and catering arrangements can be coordinated with the venue.

The location in Oldenburg makes it easy to travel by public transport and car. The main railway station and central bus station are nearby, and there are also plenty of parking spaces directly on site. The venue complex is therefore a central point of contact for organisers looking for a flexible venue in Oldenburg for events of all sizes.
