Evangelische Tagungsstätte Bernhäuser Forst in Filderstadt offers event planners a versatile venue for conferences, seminars, workshops, exhibitions and other group events. Its location close to Stuttgart and the exhibition centre combines easy access with a peaceful setting on the edge of Bernhäuser Forst.

There are 13 meeting rooms for a range of formats, with sizes from 18 to 390 square metres. Smaller groups can work in separate rooms, while larger areas can be combined for joint meetings, celebrations or events. The largest hall can accommodate up to 380 people in a theatre-style layout. A screen, projector or display, flipchart, Metaplan board and Wi-Fi are included as standard. Additional technology and equipment, including microphones, a lectern and a mobile stage, can be requested.

The venue also offers accommodation in single, twin and multi-bed rooms. Several rooms are accessible, and a lift serves every floor. The kitchen serves buffet-style meals and caters for vegetarian and vegan preferences. Allergies and intolerances can be accommodated by prior arrangement. Facilities for breaks and socialising include an on-site café, a lounge and terraces.

Free parking and electric vehicle charging facilities make travelling to the venue easier. Event planners can bring together rooms, technical equipment, catering and accommodation in one place. The venue is particularly suitable for multi-day seminars, training courses, meetings and conferences where focused work and overnight stays together are important.
