VC Geuzenhuis vzw

Kantienberg 9, 9000 Gent, Belgium

Geuzenhuis rents out the Zuilenzaal in Gent for professional meetings and events. The space is suitable for groups of up to 100 people and can be booked throughout the year. Organisers can use it for meetings, study days, workshops, lectures, seminars, ceremonies and receptions, among other events. Dance parties are not permitted.

The room has a bar, a stage and a sound system. Chairs and tables can also be provided, depending on the event. Audiovisual equipment is available for presentations and other programme items, including a projector, screen, television, microphones and flip charts. This means the space can be set up for an event with an audience, a presentation or a reception.

The room can be hired by the half-day or for a longer period. When making an enquiry, organisers can provide information about the type of event, their preferred room layout, the expected number of participants and the equipment required. Arrangements for breaks, lunch, snacks and drinks can also be discussed. Geuzenhuis works with café De Geus van Gent for drinks, and organisers can contact them for further information.

The venue is on Kantienberg, a short distance from Sint-Pietersstation and Gent Zuid. For a more informal gathering, Geuzenhuis's café can be booked for a table during the day from 4 pm. Anyone looking for a venue in Gent for a business meeting or a smaller-scale programme can enquire directly about availability and practical arrangements.
