Pinewood Weddings & Events

Pinewood Weddings & Events is a modern venue in Cambridge, Minnesota, set among tall pines about an hour north of Minneapolis. Designed with weddings in mind, the property offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony locations, forest scenery and a contemporary reception space with large windows. Organisers can plan a celebration for up to 225 guests, with separate ceremony and reception areas so the room does not need to be reset between them.

The venue also welcomes other private and business events, including parties, workshops, charitable gatherings and celebrations of life. Its ten-acre grounds provide outdoor space and photo locations, while the building offers a lobby with a fireplace, a patio, a bar area and a dedicated room for vendors. Tables and chairs are available for up to 225 people, and the venue has two getting-ready lounges with private facilities. A prep kitchen is provided for caterers, giving organisers the option to bring in food service suited to their plans.

Pinewood offers different booking options, including full-day celebrations and shorter hourly opportunities, depending on the date and season. The team can arrange in-person or virtual tours and guides clients through the booking process and event planning dashboard after a date is confirmed. Couples can also add a silent disco as a late-evening feature on selected Friday and Saturday celebrations. With its mix of flexible event facilities, woodland setting and dedicated wedding offering, Pinewood gives organisers a single site for ceremonies, receptions and other gatherings.
