An 1200 sq ft music venue and events space location within the Ten87 Studios complex.

A versatile, atmospheric space with an industrial character and an intimate feel. The main room measures 1000 sq ft with a ceiling height of 4.5 metres to the soffit. Entry is through an on-site bar, providing a naturally dressed reception area and an authentic venue atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

The main room is equipped with in-house CDJ and vinyl decks, rotary mixer and a professional 10-point custom speaker system, making it an ideal setting for shoots involving listening, DJ culture, music performance, nightlife, live events, or brand campaigns with an authentic underground feel.

To the rear of the main room is a private green room, offering a dedicated breakout space for talent, hair and makeup, or crew separate from the main shooting area.

For seated or workshop-style setups, in-house furniture includes 60 foldable floor chairs (Japanese design), well suited to intimate listening sessions, workshops or talks. The outdoor area seats up to 40, on long benches and tables.

An in-house event manager is included as standard, along with bar staff and a cleaning team (pre- and post-event cleaning included). Security is available as an optional extra, and becomes mandatory for events over 150 attendees.

The on-site bar is a fully licensed wet bar, offering a full range of spirits, cocktails, beer and wine. Card payments only. Licensed hours: Friday–Saturday until 3.30am, Sunday–Thursday until 11.30pm.

As part of the Ten87 Studios complex, clients also have access to the wider studio facilities, including fully equipped professional recording studios (available at an additional fee). Please speak with the booking agent for further information.
