Eventfabrik Neustadt rents out versatile event spaces in a historic brick building that was formerly used as a Lokschuppen. Event planners can book the venue for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate celebrations, conferences, balls, trade fairs and other occasions. Depending on the concept, individual rooms or the entire site are available.

The large Lokschuppen is at the heart of the venue and is suitable for celebrations and business events. For smaller groups, there is a historic Lokwagen with room for up to 40 people, as well as a Kaminzimmer for gatherings of up to around 70 guests. The rooms can be connected, for example, to create separate areas for dining, receptions and dancing. When the spaces are used together, around 500 square metres of event space are available. Different seating arrangements make it possible to host everything from presentations and conferences to banquets and celebrations.

The outdoor area can also be included in the plans. The terrace, pool and lounge areas provide space for summer parties, receptions and open-air events. A natural beach on the Baltic Sea is also mentioned as a possible backdrop for outdoor wedding ceremonies. The rooms are equipped with sound, lighting and media technology. For conferences, suitable technical equipment, a range of seating arrangements and catering for breaks are available.

Eventfabrik is aimed at private hosts as well as businesses and external organisers. The team supports clients with planning, concept development and delivery, and prepares proposals tailored to the occasion and group size. This allows event planners to book rooms and outdoor areas individually as needed, or combine them to create a larger event concept.
