The Hockenheimring rents out event spaces and open-air areas to businesses and event planners. The site offers a range of venues, including lounges, VIP areas, a conference pavilion, a panoramic terrace and spaces in the paddock. This gives organisers suitable settings for meetings, conferences, business meetings, product presentations, corporate celebrations, receptions and exhibitions. Many rooms overlook the race track and bring the distinctive atmosphere of motorsport to each event.

Different sizes and facilities are available depending on the venue. The range includes smaller rooms for workshops and discussions, as well as larger spaces for conferences, banquets and business events. Some areas have natural light, air conditioning, terraces or an integrated bar. For larger events, indoor spaces can be combined with adjoining outdoor areas.

On request, the event can be enhanced with additional experiences on the race track. These include a range of driving experiences and other event features that are suitable as an accompanying programme for meetings, incentive events or product presentations. The team helps event planners choose the right venue and plan a tailored schedule. This allows a business to combine a meeting, dinner or presentation with a motorsport programme. The Hockenheimring is therefore suited to organisers looking for a flexible event space, professional support and a distinctive setting.
