Founded on the belief that every professional encounter should leave a lasting impression, Backstage is an independent B2B event agency specializing in the design of exceptional, tailor-made events.

From strategic thinking to logistical staging on the ground, we support companies, management teams and HR departments in creating immersive professional experiences: management seminars, strategic corporate retreats, VIP incentive trips and team immersion programs.

Our mission is to transform every corporate event into a powerful driver of engagement, managerial alignment, and team cohesion. Whether it's uniting your employees around a shared vision, showcasing your organization's culture, or celebrating a major milestone, we select exclusive venues and develop customized itineraries that precisely address your HR and strategic objectives.

Based in Annecy and operating throughout France and internationally, we prioritize a human, rigorous, and creative approach. We shape the setting, atmosphere, and rhythm of your events so you can focus on what matters most: creating a unique and unifying collective experience.
