West Belmont Place at The National Conference Cent

West Belmont Place at The National Conference Center is a large event venue in Leesburg, Virginia, serving organisers of weddings, conferences, corporate functions and social celebrations. Its range of adaptable spaces is designed for gatherings of different sizes, from smaller occasions to major events with up to 1,800 guests. The National Ballroom is the largest space, while additional rooms can be divided into separate areas to suit different layouts and programmes.

Organisers can use the venue for ceremonies and wedding receptions, as well as galas, fundraisers, meetings and other private or business events. The venue’s events team can help with planning and selecting a suitable room arrangement. In-house culinary services are available, with menus for receptions and meals, allowing hosts to coordinate event space and food through the same destination.

The setting also supports multi-day programmes. Guest accommodation and on-site facilities are part of the wider conference centre, making it practical for events with visitors travelling from outside the area. Leesburg’s location in Loudoun County places the venue within reach of Washington, DC and Dulles International Airport. Flexible room configurations, event planning support and on-site dining give organisers options for both formal programmes and celebrations. Whether planning a wedding, a large conference or a company gathering, visitors can discuss the event format and arrange a venue tour with the team.
