The Space

The Space Norwich is a flexible conference and events venue designed for organisers planning meetings, training sessions, seminars, workshops, presentations, exhibitions, launches and larger business gatherings. Located on Roundtree Way, the venue offers a range of adaptable rooms that can be booked individually, combined for larger programmes or hired as a complete facility.

The Auditorium is suited to conferences, presentations, exhibitions and events requiring a stage, professional sound, lighting and expanded audiovisual facilities. The Blue Space provides a bright, spacious setting for larger meetings, seminars, workshops and breakout sessions, while the Orange, Yellow and Green Spaces accommodate smaller groups, training sessions, board meetings and focused workshops. The central Atrium can be used for registration, refreshments, networking or exhibition space, with capacity for larger delegate flows.

Event organisers can choose between room-only hire and packages that combine venue use with catering and equipment. Day delegate rates include room hire, refreshments, buffet lunch, audiovisual equipment and presentation materials. The venue can also arrange bespoke catering, work with approved external caterers and provide technical support for presentations, performances, hybrid meetings and livestreaming.

Practical facilities include complimentary Wi-Fi, projectors or screens in the rooms, accessible ground-floor spaces and on-site parking, with additional free parking available at selected times. The experienced team supports organisers from initial planning through to the event day, helping with layouts, technology, catering and last-minute adjustments.
