McGavick Conference Center

McGavick Conference Center is a flexible event venue on the Lakewood campus of Clover Park Technical College in Washington. The modern facility is available for a broad range of occasions, including weddings, receptions, meetings, seminars, award ceremonies, fundraisers, reunions and community events.

Its main ballroom covers more than 10,700 square feet and can be divided into smaller sections to suit different event formats and guest numbers. The largest layout can accommodate up to 1,200 people in theatre seating, while smaller configurations work well for banquets, workshops and more intimate gatherings. Additional spaces include an atrium and lobby, a rotunda and a boardroom for smaller meetings or private sessions.

Event organisers benefit from practical facilities such as tables and chairs, event set-up support, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a catering kitchen and more than 500 free parking spaces. The venue also provides basic audiovisual equipment, projection facilities, microphones, a podium and a stage. Organisers who require more advanced technical production can arrange additional audiovisual support separately.

The event services team offers pre-event advice, venue walk-throughs and vendor coordination to help planners prepare their occasion.
