West48 Conference Center is a modern, flexible venue in West Des Moines, Iowa, designed for business gatherings, private celebrations and community events. The venue offers an 8,000-square-foot main conference space with capacity for up to 100 guests, making it suitable for conferences, training days, workshops, networking events, client presentations, fundraisers, team celebrations and social occasions.

Event organisers can choose from several layouts, including classroom seating, pod arrangements and U-shaped configurations. The main space includes a raised, wheelchair-accessible stage, lounge areas, a kitchenette and a dedicated games area with foosball, shuffleboard, ping pong, cornhole and other recreational features. These facilities allow organisers to combine formal presentations with informal networking and relaxed team activities.

West48 is equipped with presentation technology, large projector screens, display screens, wireless microphones, speakers, Wi-Fi, screen-sharing options and customisable stage lighting. Technical demonstrations and support are available to help presenters prepare confidently. Smaller groups can use dedicated breakout rooms, including the Amazon Room for meetings and training sessions of up to 22 people and the YouTube Room for smaller gatherings of up to 10 people. A separate podcast and video recording studio is also available for business content production.

The venue welcomes outside caterers and allows organisers to bring their own food and beverages. Its kitchen includes refrigeration, serving areas, a coffee station, dishwasher, ice maker and other practical amenities.
