Two accommodations, Tongerlo and Echternach, are located under one roof. Each room accommodates groups of up to 12 people. By connecting both accommodations, a larger meeting setup is created for up to 24 people, with a theater setup for up to 35 participants. The rooms feature meeting tables, a flip chart, projector and screen, LCD screen, high-speed Wi-Fi, a kitchen, and a terrace with a view of the estate. Free parking is available right outside, and there is a charging point for electric cars.

For multi-day meetings, a total of eight bedrooms are available, supplemented by additional accommodation options in the surrounding area. The accommodation can accommodate up to 20 overnight guests and also features a sauna. Organizers can choose breakfast, lunch, drinks, dinner, a picnic, or a barbecue featuring fresh seasonal produce. Those wishing to complement the meeting with a joint activity can choose from options including a guided nature walk, sheep herding, horse team building, archery, a painting workshop, or a birds of prey activity. De Vlaamse Schuur thus offers a peaceful and versatile setting for business meetings, providing space for focus, relaxation, and connection.
