Host your next event at the brand new Moody Center for the Arts! The Moody offers flexible spaces in a creative modern atmosphere, making it an ideal location for cocktail parties, business meetings, lectures, and much more. 5 different rooms are available at The Moody. The Central Gallery and Lantern Terrace, with its soaring 24-foot ceiling and large-scale windows, opens onto the outdoor Lantern Terrace, making it the ideal space for an indoor/outdoor party. The Lois Chiles Studio Theater may be reserved for speaking engagements, panel discussions, special events, and much more. This space is equipped with A/V capabilities, digital laser projectors enabling film or immersive scenic imagery, a 16-foot film screen, LED and digital lighting, surround sound, reconfigurable seating, and back-stage dressing rooms. It has a maximum capacity of 150 seated people and 300 standing people. The Creative Open Studio is the central space at the heart of The Moody. With its concrete floors and industrial lighting, this studio sets the scene for a contemporary event for up to 200 people. The Double Studio Classroom on the 2nd floor is well suited for group meetings, conferences, luncheons, and intimate events for up to 100 people. The Moody Conference Room, also located on the 2nd floor, is suited for small group meetings, seminars, or retreats during regular business hours. The room comes equipped with A/V capabilities, an oval conference table, and 10 chairs.
