Sustainable meetings? It starts with 7 conscious choices!
A meeting venue next to the station, a plant-based lunch or less printing. Small choices can make a big difference together. But how do you ensure that your external meetings really do align with your organisation’s sustainability goals?
Sustainable meetings are about more than just the environment. Accessibility, inclusivity and responsible purchasing also play an important role.
💡 These practical choices already make a difference:
✅ Choose a venue that is easy to reach by public transport.
✅ Make conscious catering choices and prevent food waste.
✅ Use only materials that really add something.
✅ Take accessibility and participants’ needs into account.
✅ Ask meeting venues about their sustainability policy and certifications.
