An incentive trip to the mountains can go wrong quickly. Too much program. Too little breathing space. A beautiful hotel, a mandatory activity, and somewhere along the way that typical feeling of: we are here together, but no one really knows why.

This trip to Chamonix absolutely didn't have that!

There was snow, altitude, good food, strong team energy, and above all: rhythm. People could choose how they experienced their mountain day. The evenings felt warm. The team challenge had (more than) enough momentum to get everyone on board, without descending into forced teambuilding.

And often, the Alps simply did what the Alps do: silence everyone for a moment.

No incentive with a layer of snow on top.

That was a trip (to the top of Mont Blanc) that was right.
