Excellent venue and exceptionally smooth collaboration!

We organised our OMNINET Experience Day at Kinepolis Brussels and look back on our collaboration with great satisfaction.
From the initial preparations right through to the day itself, communication and organisation went exceptionally smoothly. The team was professional, helpful and easy to reach, which made preparing our event considerably easier.
The rooms and facilities were perfectly suited to our event. Everything also went as it should on the technical side. The catering was very well taken care of, and the staff on site made for a pleasant experience.
There were a few minor points to note here and there, but they certainly did not detract from the overall positive experience.
We particularly appreciated the smooth communication, good organisation and great collaboration.
A venue we would certainly recommend for business events!

Nocturne on 10 September

We were a group of around 45 people from Edingen, “Cercle Royal Archéologique d'Enghien”, which has more than 500 members. Every year, we organise various outings and trips. For organisational reasons, we have to limit the number of participants on these outings to a maximum of 60, and that is sometimes problematic. They are enthusiastic people with a wealth of knowledge about history who expect us to enrich their knowledge further. Here at kasteel van Gaasbeek, we did not disappoint them; they were absolutely delighted from beginning to end. Most of them knew the castle, but not in its current, beautifully restored state. On my behalf and on behalf of the participants, I can only say... it was brilliant!

Family Day

Once again, we would like to thank the entire staff and personnel of Kasteel for the excellent welcome?. It felt a little like coming home for us.
Our dad, Dr.G.Renson, was curator of the castle from 1963 to 1979. Throughout that time, we had the special privilege of being allowed to live there, and so we experienced all kinds of events from the front row. At that time, the castle was something of a cultural centre ‘avant la lettre’. Our family reunion brought many stories to mind.. Thanks again

Fondation CHIRAN (Chirec Action for Nursing)/ successful cinema evening!

Excellent collaboration with Kinepolis Braine for our cinema evening in aid of Fondation CHIRAN. Special thanks to Ms Cynthia Delvaux, who is always available, efficient, attentive and always gives good advice. We will be delighted to come back!
