Looking for a unique location for your company event, meeting or seminar? Located on the site of the most modern brewery in Europe, the Beer Castle is the place to be for all kinds of events. Using the most modern multimedia techniques, your event will be a great success!

Complete your corporate event with the in-house catering of the Bierkasteel. From a company party or walking dinner to an extensive reception: the different formulas will completely flavor your event!

Boardrooms

Is a meeting or training for up to 16 people planned? Then book our design boardroom, which has a spacious conference table, an interactive 75-inch touchscreen, a Bose sound system and a private bar. Do you want to organize a presentation for up to 200 people? Then combine the two boardrooms or separate the two rooms via a wall. In the part with the private bar you welcome the guests with a drink and in the other part you let them take place for the presentation.

Do you want to take a break between meetings? Through the boardrooms you have access to the courtyard with fountain. When the weather is nice, this soothing setting also lends itself as a meeting place for guests.

Ballroom

Can it all be bigger and more exclusive? Then have your event take place in the Ballroom of the Beer Castle. This stylish theater setup offers space for up to 300 people during a presentation and features wide screens, a Bose sound system and central control of all modern multimedia systems.

The Ballroom can accommodate up to 250 guests for a reception or dinner. The in-house catering of the Bierkasteel is guaranteed to take your event to a higher level. If desired, the Ballroom can be combined with the spacious outdoor patio in good weather.

Brewery visit

Continue to amaze your guests and combine your event with a visit to Kasteel Brouwerij Vanhonsebrouck. A professional guide will take you through the brewing hall, the bottling plant and the feeding hall. Not a single corner of the brewery remains undiscovered! Headsets are available in five different languages so that foreign guests can also enjoy the brewery visit. At the end, everyone receives a bottle of 75 cl specialty beer and a tasting of a beer praline and a tasting of two specialty beers.

Location

The Bierkasteel is easy to reach thanks to its convenient location, just a five-minute drive from the E403. Free parking is available on site for 250 cars.

Op zoek naar een unieke locatie voor jouw bedrijfsevent, meeting of seminarie? Gelegen op de site van de modernste brouwerij van Europa, is het Bierkasteel the place to be voor allerlei evenementen. Met behulp van de modernste multimediatechnieken wordt jouw event een groot succes!

Maak jouw bedrijfsevent compleet met de inhouse catering van het Bierkasteel. Van een bedrijfsfeest of walking diner tot een uitgebreide receptie: de verschillende formules brengen jouw evenement helemaal op smaak!

Boardrooms

Staat er een meeting of training voor maximaal 16 personen op de planning? Reserveer dan onze design boardroom die beschikt over een ruime vergadertafel, een interactief touchscreen van 75 inch, een geluidsinstallatie van Bose en een privébar. Wil je een presentatie organiseren voor maximaal 200 personen? Combineer dan de twee boardrooms of scheidt de twee ruimtes via een wand van elkaar. In het gedeelte met de privébar verwelkom je de gasten met een drankje en in het andere gedeelte laat je ze vervolgens plaatsnemen voor de presentatie.

Wil je tussen het vergaderen door een pauzemoment inlassen? Via de boardrooms geniet je toegang tot de binnentuin met fontein. Deze rustgevende setting leent zich bij mooi weer ook als ontmoetingsplaats voor de gasten.

Balzaal

Mag het allemaal groter en exclusiever? Laat jouw event dan plaatsvinden in de Balzaal van het Bierkasteel. Deze stijlvolle theateropstelling biedt tijdens een presentatie plaats voor maximaal 300 personen en beschikt over brede schermen, een Bose geluidsinstallatie en een centrale aansturing van alle moderne multimediasystemen.

Voor een receptie of dinner biedt de Balzaal plaats aan maximaal 250 gasten. De inhouse catering van het Bierkasteel tilt jouw evenement gegarandeerd naar een hoger niveau. Indien je dit wenst, kan de Balzaal bij goed weer gecombineerd worden met de ruime buitenpatio.

Brouwerijbezoek

Blijf je gasten verbazen en combineer jouw event met een bezoek aan Kasteel Brouwerij Vanhonsebrouck. Een professionele gids neemt je mee door de brouwzaal, de bottelarij en de foederzaal. Geen enkel hoekje van de brouwerij blijft onontdekt! Er zijn headsets in vijf verschillende talen beschikbaar zodat ook buitenlandse gasten optimaal kunnen genieten van het brouwerijbezoek. Bij afloop ontvangt iedereen een fles speciaalbier van 75 cl en volgt een proeverij van een bierpraline en een degustatie van twee speciaalbieren.

Locatie

Het Bierkasteel is eenvoudig te bereiken dankzij de gunstige ligging op slechts vijf minuten rijden van de E403. Ter plaatse is er gratis parkeergelegenheid voorzien voor 250 wagens.

Professional perfection without worries

We held our wedding party in the beer castle, when we visited the venue for the first time, we immediately loved the concept, location and accommodation.
Different from your average wedding halls.
The event manager is of exceptional class, young and driven to make every party a success.
He thinks of all the things that you risk forgetting yourself because of the stress.
Super recommended for parties from 70 to 200 people!
