The outdoor area offers views of the water and can be included in plans for a reception or celebration. According to the conference information provided by Rostocker Tagungsregion, the total area is around 800 square metres, of which approximately 500 square metres are indoors and 300 square metres outdoors. The venue can accommodate up to 120 people for banquets and up to 220 for receptions.
The venue can be equipped with modern event technology. This includes, among other things, an audio system and a microphone system. Lokschuppen is operated by w.Holz GmbH, which also offers catering and other event-related services.
