De Helling

Helling 7, 3523 CB Utrecht, Netherlands

De Helling is a live music venue and club in Rotsoord, Utrecht, with spaces that organisers can also hire for private events. The venue is suitable for parties, school proms, student parties and events with live music or a DJ, among other things. Enquiries can also be made about hiring it for an album launch, film screening or meeting.

Depending on the layout, the main hall can accommodate up to 420 standing guests at concerts and around 500 visitors in a club setup. A minimum of 300 visitors generally applies when hiring the hall. Those looking for a smaller setting can enquire about the café, which can accommodate up to 100 people. This gives you a choice between a full-size concert or club space and a more intimate venue for a smaller group.

De Helling has the atmosphere and facilities of an active music venue, with a programme ranging from concerts to club nights. This makes it an interesting choice for organisers who want to stage their own event in a distinctive pop and club setting. The spaces are not only used for in-house productions, external organisations can also enquire about hiring them. Availability and arrangements are discussed for each enquiry, so the chosen space can suit the type of event and the expected number of guests.

The venue is on the Vaartsche Rijn in Utrecht and can be reached by train, tram and bus. Organisers can contact the venue hire team to find out about the options and request a quote for their date and programme.
