128 Rue Bossuet, 69006 Lyon, France

Les Arches Lyon offers spaces for hire for meetings, seminars, training sessions and business events, in the heart of the Brotteaux district in Lyon's 6th arrondissement. Set in a venue with stone vaulted ceilings, it combines the character of a historic space with facilities designed for business use. The various rooms and layouts can accommodate up to 50 people, depending on the arrangement chosen.
Organisers can hold a business meeting, conference, training session, workshop, networking evening or product launch here. The spaces lend themselves to a range of layouts, including circular, rectangular, U-shaped and conference-style arrangements. To support discussions and presentations, the equipment includes screens, a projector, a sound system, wireless microphones, a flip chart and an internet connection. The rooms are also air-conditioned.
Additional services can be arranged alongside the booking. The team can help prepare the space and coordinate the event's requirements, and offers catering options such as breakfasts, refreshments, lunches, buffets and cocktail receptions. Requests can be tailored to the format of the event, and organisers can ask to view the venue before booking.
Located close to public transport and Lyon-Part-Dieu station, the venue offers an accessible meeting point for participants from Lyon and visitors from other cities. Its intimate setting and equipment make it an option for businesses, associations and professional groups looking for a room to hire in Lyon.
