De Geesten is a venue for hire in Ekeren, with spaces for private celebrations, gatherings and meetings. The large hall can accommodate up to 120 people and is suitable for family celebrations, receptions and group activities, among other things. For smaller groups, there is ’t Klaske, which has room for up to 50 guests and a private garden with a terrace. The hall and garden can also accommodate a bouncy castle. The large hall has a spacious kitchen where organisers can prepare their own dishes or hire a caterer. A food stall or food truck can be set up on the premises by arrangement.

For meetings, there are smaller options: ’t Venneke, an attic room for up to 35 people, is rented exclusively for meetings. The Mini and the café are also available for small meetings of local associations. The venue also offers packages for funeral receptions, intended for occasions to say goodbye and remember, for groups of 20 people or more.

Drinks are ordered through De Geesten. Kitchen and tableware are available in the rooms, and high tables are provided in the large hall and ’t Klaske. The rooms are rented separately, and bookings are made using the booking form. De Geesten therefore offers organisers several practical options, from a small meeting to a celebration for a larger group, all at one address in Ekeren.
