The Ville de Montmagny makes several municipal spaces available for association events and private receptions. The town hall, located at place de la Division Leclerc, is the main venue on offer. Its large room, measuring around 200 m², can accommodate up to 200 people. It has toilets, a cloakroom and a bar equipped with two sinks and a refrigerated cabinet.

Tables and chairs can be provided on request, subject to availability. The hall has no sound or lighting equipment, so this is something to arrange with your suppliers if your event requires microphones, speakers or projectors. A kitchen with cooking appliances is not permitted on the premises. The town hall also lists an annex room and an annex room on the first floor among its municipal spaces.

Associations from Montmagny and private individuals may request to borrow or rent a hall. Every booking is subject to availability, municipal approval and the signing of an agreement. Requests are considered according to the priorities set by the municipality, and organisers may be asked to provide supporting documents. This hall is therefore suitable for anyone looking for a municipal venue to bring their guests together in Montmagny, subject to the booking conditions and regulations in force. The municipal cultural department manages requests and can advise organisers on the steps to follow.
