Greystone Fields

Greystone Fields is a year-round venue in Gibsonia, north of Pittsburgh, for weddings, family celebrations and corporate events. Its main reception space combines an indoor hall with outdoor areas, including patios, a gazebo and covered porches, giving organisers options for different parts of the day and changing weather. The hall can accommodate more than 200 guests, with round tables, chairs and space for dining and dancing.

For couples and hosts who want help bringing the details together, the venue offers an all-inclusive package. Options include a menu with appetisers and main courses, a banquet bar, desserts, table settings and support with floral centrepieces. An in-house DJ can provide music and MC services for ceremonies and receptions. Event coordinators work with organisers through the planning process, and food choices can be discussed at a tasting.

The property also includes The Grainary, a separate barn-style pavilion suited to more intimate gatherings of up to 150 people. It is available for occasions such as weddings, graduation parties, family reunions and retirement celebrations. Together, the two spaces give planners a choice between a larger reception setting and a more informal pavilion.

Greystone Fields hosts events in every season and promotes weddings alongside company functions and private celebrations. The main venue has accessible parking and guest facilities, with outdoor seating areas for guests to enjoy. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss the event, arrange a tour and find out which space and package best suit their plans.
