Two conference rooms accommodate up to 10 and 25 people, while individual classrooms cater for groups of around 50 to 60. Room hire includes practical support for preparing the space, with staff available to help with setup and event requirements. Presentation equipment is available according to the room, and classroom facilities include projectors, screens, microphones, a speaker system and podiums. High-speed Wi-Fi and complimentary on-site parking are also available. A digital display can be customised with event or organisation information, giving attendees a clear welcome on arrival.

Organisers can request additional services, including coffee and custom room configurations, for an extra charge. Approved catering is permitted, while alcohol requires advance permission.
