Loft Story

Loft Story is a multi-space event venue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, offering organisers a choice of indoor and outdoor settings for weddings, private celebrations and corporate gatherings. Its spaces can be booked to suit different event styles, from presentations and receptions to parties and ceremonies.

The main loft is a 2,000-square-foot room with projection-mapping technology, allowing the walls to become part of the event setting. It can accommodate up to 200 guests, with seating for up to 120. Banquet tables, chairs and glassware are provided, and organisers can use the commercial kitchen or bring in their own caterer. Audio and video facilities also support speeches, presentations, workshops and performances.

A separate speakeasy offers a more intimate atmosphere for gatherings, networking or an additional space alongside a larger event. It can host up to 60 people standing and includes a bar, sound system and microphone and AV set-up. The rooftop terrace provides an open-air option for ceremonies, cocktail parties and corporate occasions, with views across Brooklyn and Manhattan. Its stated capacity is up to 100 guests.

Loft Story actively markets weddings, including outdoor ceremonies and receptions that combine the rooftop with the projection-equipped loft. The venue also welcomes corporate events such as galas, seminars and meetings, as well as private parties. Event organisers can arrange a tour and discuss how the different spaces and facilities may fit their plans.
