Stadthalle Fürth rents out rooms for congresses, meetings, seminars, trade fairs, presentations and other events. The facilities range from smaller meeting and workshop rooms to the Großer Saal and additional foyer spaces. Depending on the room and seating arrangement, events of various sizes can be planned. The Großer Saal is designed for talks, meetings and formal occasions, while smaller rooms can be used for working groups, seminars and meetings. The Wintergarten and foyers offer additional space for receptions, breaks, exhibitions or accompanying programme items.

Facilities include a stage, sound and lighting equipment, projection equipment, microphones and lecterns. Several rooms also have natural light, blackout facilities and Wi-Fi available by arrangement. The events team supports event planners with preparation and delivery. Catering for meetings and congresses can be arranged through a catering partner. There is a car park directly next to the venue, and the rooms are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Special conditions currently apply to the use of the venue because of the planned major refurbishment. Booking requests can be submitted until 31 July 2027. Meetings and trade fairs can still be held during the interim operating period, but with restrictions on event formats and visitor numbers. Music events, dance events and standing events, as well as use of the grandstand, are not permitted during this period. Stadthalle is scheduled to close from 1 August 2027. Event planners should therefore discuss availability, capacities and current requirements directly with the team.
