Herrliche Auszeit is a listed vicarage, around 500 years old, in Bichishausen near Münsingen. The historic house can be booked for small conferences, workshops, working sessions and meetings, as well as private and business celebrations. These include birthdays, anniversaries, company celebrations, non-religious wedding ceremonies and weddings. The hosts agree the arrangements individually with event planners and prepare proposals to suit the occasion and budget.
A salon with a stucco ceiling and tiled stove is available for meetings on the first floor. The extendable historic table seats up to twelve people. Food and drinks can be served directly in the room, and there is a parlour on the ground floor for a shared lunch. Weather permitting, the courtyard or peaceful garden can also be used. Courses, talks and educational programmes are also held here, alongside events.
Catering is arranged by agreement and focuses on regional ingredients and traditional cuisine. Three guest rooms are available for overnight stays from March to October, allowing smaller gatherings or multi-day courses to be combined with an overnight stay. The property is in the centre of Bichishausen in the Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve, right next to St.-Gallus-Kirche. Its distinctive historic atmosphere and peaceful surroundings make the venue particularly appealing to smaller groups.
