The Barn at White Oaks

The Barn at White Oaks is a wedding and event venue in Murray, Kentucky, offering indoor and outdoor settings for celebrations of different sizes. Its main barn has space for gatherings of around 50 to 250 guests, with room to arrange tables, a dance floor, catering and a bar area. The climate-controlled building is available throughout the year and includes tables and chairs, an on-site attendant and a preparation area for caterers. Organisers can bring their own licensed and insured suppliers.

Couples can choose from several ceremony locations, including under the oak trees, beside the pond, on the back patio, in an open field or inside the barn. The property also has a bridal suite and a separate space for the groom and his party to get ready. For smaller gatherings, the Clubhouse offers a more intimate setting for up to 50 guests, with a bar, fireplace, courtyard patio and accessible facilities. It can be booked for occasions such as rehearsal dinners, showers, family reunions and seasonal parties.

The venue offers straightforward space rental as well as wedding packages in partnership with local suppliers. Depending on the package, options can include catering, a DJ, cake, table settings, décor, flowers, photography, planning or coordination, set-up and clean-up. There are choices suited to couples who prefer to organise and decorate the day themselves, as well as more inclusive arrangements for those seeking additional support. The Barn at White Oaks also welcomes corporate functions and other special events, with venue tours available by appointment.
