The Loft of Elements Preserved

The Loft of Elements Preserved is a small, characterful venue in downtown Elgin, Illinois, available for weddings and other private celebrations of up to 50 guests. Set in a renovated century-old loft, the space combines an urban setting with vintage-inspired furnishings and natural light, giving event planners an appealing backdrop for gatherings that feel personal and considered.

The venue hosts elopements, micro-weddings and mini-weddings, with options ranging from ceremony-focused packages to longer bookings for a ceremony, photographs, dining and drinks. Couples can choose packages with selected services and details included, or book the space and bring their own decor and approved vendors. Wedding options are designed for smaller guest lists, with the largest packages accommodating up to 50 people.

For other occasions, the loft can be hired for showers, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and similar gatherings. Hire arrangements vary by day and time, and tours and consultations are by appointment. The venue provides farmhouse tables and chairs, curated furniture for display areas, banquet tables, private restrooms and an on-site team during events. Guests can use the Bluetooth speaker system, refrigerator and microwave, while nearby indoor garage and street parking offer practical arrival options.

Organisers can select their own caterer and bartender, with a list of suggested local vendors available for planning support. Furniture and decor from the related rental collection can also be used to customise the setting. With a compact capacity, flexible event formats and wedding packages alongside hourly and timed hire, the loft is suited to planners seeking a distinctive setting for an intimate occasion in Elgin.
