La Péniche offers exclusive hire of a boat moored in Paris for private or business events. Located on Quai de la Tournelle, opposite Notre-Dame, it can also be moored at other Paris quays, subject to availability. Its capacity ranges from 50 to 250 people, depending on the layout chosen.
Spread over two levels, the venue includes a covered terrace deck and a lower deck with large picture windows. The spaces can accommodate cocktail receptions, dance parties, seminars and receptions. On site, organisers have access to a dance floor, a cocktail bar, a DJ area with sound equipment and lighting effects, as well as a cloakroom. Tables, armchairs, buffet tables and an LED screen are also available.
The hire includes access to a catering area equipped for food preparation and storage. Organisers can choose their own caterer, allowing them to tailor the catering to the event. A security guard and a technical manager are included in the service listed on the website. The barge is suitable for weddings, engagements, birthdays, communions, celebrations for a new baby and private parties, as well as product launches, conferences, corporate parties, Christmas parties and galas. The booking is for exclusive use of the venue, not for a table or an open visit. Hire packages are available by the day or evening, for an eight-hour period, with the option to add extra time.
