Medbourne Pavilion

Medbourne Pavilion is a community venue in Medbourne, Milton Keynes, offering indoor space for private functions, community gatherings and regular group activities. Organisers can enquire about single bookings for children’s parties, family celebrations, charity events and other community occasions, as well as weekday hire for workshops, indoor sports and children’s sessions. Bookings are subject to availability and the venue’s hire conditions.

The main facilities comprise a Community Hall measuring approximately 9.35 by 10 metres and a Sports Hall measuring approximately 9.35 by 20 metres. Single event bookings include both halls, with access to the kitchen, tables and chairs. This flexible arrangement provides room for gatherings that need a larger shared space, while the sports hall also serves groups looking for an indoor activity setting.

For smaller meetings or one-to-one sessions, the separate Nightingale Room accommodates up to 10 people. It has a meeting table with six chairs, a kitchenette and separate toilet facilities. Organisers planning an event should allow for set-up and clear-up within their hire period. Because the pavilion is close to homes, finishing times are restricted, and the surrounding fields and green space are not included in event hire.

The pavilion is managed by Shenley Church End Parish Council. Enquiries for one-off events and regular bookings can be made directly to the venue manager, with advance contact advisable, particularly for weekend dates. The combination of community and sports halls, a smaller meeting room and practical kitchen and furniture facilities makes the pavilion suitable for local celebrations and organised group use.
