Stadthalle Speyer hires out event spaces to local authorities, educational institutions, clubs, associations, organisations and businesses. The venue is suitable for conferences, meetings, trade fairs and specialist fairs, as well as entertainment and dance events. Private celebrations are not permitted under the rental conditions.

Organisers can use the large hall, the small hall, the foyer and the bar and catering area individually or in combination. This makes it possible to plan different event formats and visitor numbers, from a small gathering to a larger public event. The halls have event and stage technology, including lighting and sound systems. Seating, technical services and other uses can be agreed according to requirements and the rental agreement. For catering, organisers can use the in-house caterer or arrange the refreshments themselves.

Stadthalle is centrally located and accessible by public transport. A bus stop is right outside the building. For those travelling by car, public parking is available nearby, along with additional parking for events. The venue is accessible to people with mobility impairments and wheelchair users.

Enquiries about rooms, availability and rental conditions are handled by the Stadthallenverwaltung of the city of Speyer. Stadthalle is therefore a versatile option for organisers looking for an accessible venue in Speyer for business, cultural or public events.
