The meeting room is approximately 60 square metres and is set up as standard for groups of up to twelve people. Larger groups can be accommodated on request. The layout can be adapted to suit the gathering, with meeting tables, comfortable chairs, a seating area by the fireplace and a bar where participants can also work standing up or in smaller groups. The rural atmosphere and authentic details give the room a homely feel, while practical facilities such as Wi-Fi, an LCD screen, flipcharts and whiteboards are available.
Bookings can be made by the half-day, with other hire times available by arrangement. Coffee, tea and table water are available, and packages include options such as refreshments and lunch. For an additional activity, De Boterlinde works with Vinolijf, which organises wine tastings and workshops in its tasting room. There are also options for a guided walk or other activities through partners. Free parking is available nearby. The bus stop is within walking distance, and the venue is accessible by car from the Eindhoven region and the Brabantse Kempen. De Boterlinde thus offers a peaceful, personal setting for business meetings in a village environment.
