Wagenhallen Stuttgart offers a versatile event venue in a former locomotive depot in the north of Stuttgart. Its historic industrial architecture and spacious halls provide a distinctive setting for corporate events, conferences, workshops, trade fairs, private celebrations and cultural events. Depending on the occasion, individual areas can be used separately or combined into one large space for up to 2,100 guests. Mobile partition walls make it possible to hold several programme items at the same time and create different room layouts.

Fixed sound, lighting and video equipment, as well as blackout facilities, are available for presentations, shows and hybrid events. The rooms can be furnished with the venue's own furniture, and exhibition stand construction and bespoke room design are also available. Organisers can also request support with concept development and planning, permits and safety matters, as well as artist bookings and hosting. Streaming and production equipment is also available for hybrid events.

Wagenhallen's kitchen provides catering, from receptions and buffets to multi-course menus. Service staff and other event services can be added to suit the schedule. A backstage and meeting area offers space for artists, teams or smaller meetings. Combining an adaptable hall with technology, facilities and additional services, the venue is suitable for both large productions and smaller event areas planned separately. Its central location in Stuttgart and public transport links make it easy for guests and event teams to get there.
